Until we go live we will roast our coffee at Bosbrand in Apeldoorn and Kees Kraakman in Amsterdam.
Fire master
Jasper, aka Wikipedia in persona
Jasper is an all- rounder and expert. Willem's childhood friend who has been elevated to roast master. He roasts the beans brown on an automatic roaster according to the roasting profile that Willem and he find best.
Of course you can also provide your own fire profile. For such customization you can look at the Shop page, or send Willem an App.
