For Willem, the passion for coffee started with Italians in Amsterdam. They taught him everything about espresso. This grew into a hobby as a home barista, home roaster, and now Cafecultor in Colombia.
A dreamer who grows his own coffee and uses special fermentations to extract the most delicious flavors from the coffee.
In addition to working on the farm, he searches for unique coffees in the region and helps farmers get the most out of their coffee.

Jasper is an all- rounder and expert. Willem's childhood friend who has been elevated to roast master. He roasts the beans brown on an automatic roaster according to the roasting profile that Willem and he find best.
